Long Term Rentals
· Fridges & microwaves are available in the standard rooms for a rent of $20.00 usd each per day.
· We require 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON THE ENTIRE STAY to be paid by December 1 2023. The balance of the 50% (also NON REFUNDABLE) must be paid by January 2 2024.If payment is not received by these stipulated dates, no rooms will be held for a guest and the booking will be cancelled without any refund.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND under any circumstances (eg flight cancellation/ changes/ medical)If you are unable to use the room, you are responsible to sell the room as the deposit is transferable.
· Guests who deface and permanently soil the towels will be asked to pay for the towels.
· Any damages done to the room will also be to the guest account
· Towels will be issued only for the number of paying guest in each room.
· If it is discovered that there are more people in the room than is being paid for, you will be asked to pay the difference.The hotel will not tolerate ANY unruly, loud or aggressive behavior and any guest misbehaving will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Their booking will be cancelled and any deposits paid would be forfeited.
· To ensure full satisfaction and a comfortable stay, kindly ask a representative to visit the hotel and verify that the accommodation is to your specification before making your paymentThe representative will be asked to sign a document verifying that they are satisfied with the accommodation.
