We are leasing rooms on a one year lease
Payment: Rent is due at the beginning of each anniversary month.
We require 2 mths damage deposit.
Facilities include: Wifi; pool; jaccuzi;
laundromart; fridge; microwave a/c; hot/cold water; satellite tv
programming; furnished; water; electricity
Linen and maid service available at an additional cost
if requested
Incidental charges would have to be settled in full at the end of each week
and must be backed by a valid credit card.
